Aims and objectives of RLRC:
To provide up-to-date educational materials and information services to Eye health workers in order to strengthen their capacity and enable them to
provide appropriate Community eye care services in Eastern Mediterranean
Region in general and Pakistan in particular.
Raja Mumtaz Regional Learning Resource Center (RLRC) is one of the six networking center in Asia, Latin America and. Africa. RLRC started in September 2000 with technical assistance of the International Center for Eye Health, Institute of Ophthalmology, London and financial assistance of Sight Savers International, UK and Christoffel-Blinden mission, Germany.

Facilities Provided by RM- RLRC:
RLRC provides the following facilities:
1. Reference Section
2. Reading Room with 50 seats for independent reading
3. Audio-visual section which houses
- Four computers with a heavy-duty printer and Internet facility.
- Two televisions set with VCRs.
- A collection of videos, slides and CDs.
4. Photocopying, Scanning and Internet facilities are available at nominal charges
